Pilot dies after crashing at Bullhead City airport


BULLHEAD CITY, Ariz. (AP) - A man flying an experimental airplane has died after crashing near the runway at Laughlin/Bullhead International Airport.

The Mohave Valley Daily News quotes Airport Director David Gaines as saying the pilot was the only person aboard the plane when the crash was reported Saturday morning.

The pilot hasn't yet been identified.

The cause of the crash is unknown.

The crash brought inspectors from the Federal Aviation Administration.
