SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. -

An 11-year-old girl died after two vehicles collided near Scottsdale Road and Pinnacle Peak Road on Saturday afternoon.

Scottsdale Police say Ashley Wagner was killed after the vehicle she was riding in was struck by a car.

Sgt. Mark Clark says 44-year-old Julie Wagner was turning left when 61-year-old Christopher Fox crashed his car into Wagner's vehicle.

All six people riding in Wagner's vehicle were taken to hospitals.

Julie Wagner and three of her juvenile passengers had minor injuries, Wagner's 14-year-old daughter fractured her pelvis and Ashley Wagner died at a hospital.

Police say all passengers and drivers were wearing seatbelts and alcohol wasn't a factor in the collision.

No citations have been issued.

Officers are investigating if speed played a factor in the collision.
