Burglars steal Chihuahua from Tempe residence

TEMPE, Ariz. -

Tempe Police are looking for two men who broke into a home and stole the resident's dog, along with several items of property.

On Friday, two unknown suspects broke into a home near McClintock and Elliot.

Not only did they take many valuable items, they took the most valuable of all, a 10-year-old Chihuahua named Lucky. He was in his dog cage.

The first suspect is described as a Hispanic male, 5'9" - 5'10", stocky build, 170 pounds, short brown hair, 19 years old, clean shaven, wearing a white T-shirt and blue jeans.

The second suspect is described as a black male, 6'00" - 6'01", thin build, 170 pounds, high black afro, clean shaven, wearing a black sweat outfit.

They were driving a blue Toyota 4 door sedan with a personalized Environmental plate.
