Another accident, this one involving a Ford Expedition, is also being attributed to a driver attempting to avoid the first accident. This time the SUV left the SUV left the road and hit the cable barrier causing it to flip several times.

A passenger in the Expedition died at the scene. The driver and a second passenger were rushed to nearby hospitals.

The names of those involved in the accident have yet been released.
