A substitute teacher from Eastport South Manor High School is accused of having a sexual relationship with a 16-year-old student, Suffolk County Police said.

After investigating allegations, detectives arrested Allan Concepcion, 38, of Mount Sinai, N.Y., early Tuesday morning.

Authorities charged Concepcion with third-degree rape and endangering the welfare of a child. He is set for arraignment in Central Islip on Wednesday.
