Police arrested a man after a standoff near Azle that led to several school lock downs.
Officers say Frank McKinney fired several shots from his mobile home Friday morning.
Deputies say he the suspect had been in an argument with an elderly neighbor over cats.
When deputies arrived at the scene, McKinney refused to come out of his home.
Authorities used tear gas to get him out.
Officers say McKinney had been drinking.
He faces a felony charge of injury to an elderly person.
