Chamberlain's Honey Glazed Pork Chop

INDOORS VERSION OF CHAMBERLAIN'S LEGENDARY HONEY-GLAZED PORK CHOP

2 cups soy sauce

1 cup honey

1/2 cup dry mustard

2 tbsp fresh ginger chopped

6 8 oz pork chops

In a larger mixing bowl add all ingredients and mix well. Lightly tenderize the pork chops then add them to the marinade and coat all sides. Let marinate for 2 to 4 hours. Pull pork out and let the excess liquid drain off. Season lightly with salt and pepper. In a cast iron skillet preheat medium to high heat, slightly oil the pan then place pork chop in skillet cooking on each side for 4 to 5 minutes.
