Amy's Baking Company does damage control after episode backlash

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. -
It's the episode of Kitchen Nightmares that still has everyone talking. The owners of Amy's Baking Company in Scottsdale have become the target of hateful rants on Facebook, and they were even forced to temporarily close their doors because of all the bad press.
It's been a week since Amy and Samy Bouzaglo's bistro was featured on the FOX hit show. It showed them yelling at Chef Gordon Ramsay, at their customers, and even at their employees.
We've learned that all the bad press hasn't hurt business. In fact, Amy's Baking Company is now hiring.
The restaurant, located in Scottsdale, is holding a job fair this weekend. They say they're looking to hire about 30 new employees -- from servers to dishwashers to bakers to food runners.
Amy and Samy have hired a big-time public relations firm in town and plan on holding a week-long grand reopening to draw in more business.
