A prisoner who escaped from a prisoner transport in Olney on Saturday has been captured.
Michael Rimmer, 33, was spotted by a Palo Pinto County Sheriff's deputy near Interstate 20 and Highway 281, Sunday morning. He was taken into custody without incident about 60 miles from where he was last seen.
Rimmer was being transported to a Florida prison when the transport stopped in Olney on Saturday and Rimmer was able to get out of the vehicle.
