Grilled Cheese with Summer Fruits

1# Grill-able cheese such as Haloumi or Brun-Uusto
A variety of stone fruits, plums, peaches, apricots, etc. cut in 1/2" slices
Salt & Pepper
Honey Almonds, pecans, hazelnuts or walnuts
Lightly brush the stone fruits with oil and cook over medium-high heat on the grill until tender. Remove from grill and set aside. Lightly brush cheese with olive oil, season with salt & pepper. Grill cheese over medium high heat for about 3-5 minutes on each side or until it begins to brown. Transfer to serving platter and cut or keep whole. Place grilled fruits around the cheese garnish with nuts and serve with baguette and honey.
