GLENDALE, Ariz. -

It was one week ago today 34-year-old Kourtney Keiser, a mother of four, was hit and killed last week along Northern Avenue and 63rd in Glendale.

There’s still no sign of the driver that ran her down and took off.

Police still have no leads when it comes to finding the person who ran down Kourtney Keiser last week. Her friends are now helping to raise money for her funeral costs, and hoping police can track down the person responsible.

“She was a good person, you know. She was always happy,” says co-worker Danny Stilwell.

Danny Stilwell worked with Kourtney and says her sudden death has been difficult for her co-workers to handle.

“It's tragic, you know. I don't understand how somebody can do that to somebody and just not stop and call somebody. Maybe she could be alive now. They most definitely should come forth and say something.”

Crystal White worked closely with Kourtney for the past six years.

“Yeah I was shocked. We like saw her one day, and she was gone the next,” says White. “She was always like upbeat, happy, smiling.”

Glendale police say Kourtney survived the initial impact, but died later at the hospital.

Because there were no witnesses, they don't even know what type of vehicle was involved.

Kourtney's family and friends now hoping someone will provide the lead police need to bring the hit-and-run driver to justice.

“Come forward and be honest. You know you're going to live for this for the rest of your life,” says White.

Keiser leaves behind four children from age 4 to 16. They are being taken care of by her ex-husband.
