Four teenage boys who attend Rockwall High School have been arrested for sexual assault of a 15-year-old girl.
One suspect, Michael Garrett Miller, is 17-years-old. The other three are under 17 and considered juveniles.
The four students were arrested on campus at Rockwall HS last month for the alleged rape that happened during a party at a home in Rowlett on May 4.
An arrest affidavit dated May 15 obtained by FOX4 says the sexual assault was reported on May 6 to police. The affidavit includes graphic details that FOX4 has chosen not to share, but the document outlines what police believe happened that night.
One of the juveniles told police Garrett Miller and others were bragging about having sex with the victim.
The court document states the victim says she had alcoholic beverages and "does not remember her being in the bedroom and having sex... only remembers telling the suspects that she wanted to leave and that she wanted her mom."
According to the affidavit, another suspect told investigators the victim drank a little but was "not intoxicated and knew what was going on."
Sources tell FOX4 investigators are looking into the possibility the girl may have been drugged.
The affidavit states Miller said one of the young men recorded the sex acts on video with a phone while hiding in the closet.
Police say Miller intentionally and knowingly, without the consent of the victim, sexually assaulted the victim while she was unconscious or physically unable to resist.
Lawyers for two of the suspects did not return calls from FOX4.
The case has been turned over to the Rockwall District Attorney.
