Our two-day streak of triple digits is coming to an end just in time for the weekend! No triples today, but we'll be close with a high around 97° with northerly winds 5-15 mph and plenty of sunshine. There is a slight chance for rain this afternoon, mainly west of the Metroplex.
Tonight, overnight lows in the upper 60s and low 70s with a 20% chance of an isolated shower or storm. The cooler weather overnight helps to set us up for even cooler temps Sunday with a high only around 91°.
We'll start the week with highs only in the upper 80s and then gradually warm things back up to the low 90s with a slight chance for storms by your 4th of July forecast.
