PATERSON, N.J. (AP) -- Police have made a second arrest in the slaying of a northern New Jersey teen who was gunned down hours after his high school graduation.

Authorities have charged Bishma Cowan, 24, with murder and robbery in the death of Isaac Rinas, 18.

Authorities earlier arrested a former Wayne Valley High School schoolmate of Rinas.

Casey Cole, 18, is charged with felony murder, robbery and conspiracy to commit robbery.

The Record newspaper reports police declined to say whether Cowan shot Rinas after ordering him and Cole out of Rinas' car last Wednesday in a section of Paterson known for drug sales.

A funeral for Rinas is scheduled for Tuesday.
