Recipes: Easy three-step mixology recipes with Pour Souls

Fourth of July weekend is a big party weekend. Summer drinks can be easy to make with three-step mixology.

Here are the recipes Tim Williams from Pour Souls Cocktail Club created on Good Day Chicago:

CÎROC Strawberry Lemonade (created by Tim Williams of Pour Souls Mixology)


  • 1 cup water, 1 cup sugar, 2 cups quartered strawberries, 1 sprig chopped sage
  • Cocktail
  • 1.5 oz CÎROC Vodka
  • 1 oz strawberry and sage syrup
  • 1 oz fresh lemon juice
  • Build – In a mixing tin mix vodka, syrup and lemon juice.

CÎROC Summertime Lemonade (available at 25 Degrees)

  • 1.5 oz CÎROC Vodka
  • .75 oz Lemon Juice
  • .75 oz - Agave
  • 4 Chunks – Watermelon
  • 5 piece Parsley
  • Top with Sparkling Pink Lemonade

Build : In a mixing tin muddle watermelon and parsley. Add the remaining ingredients and shake with Ice. Double strain in to a Collins glass and top with sparkling pink lemonade. Garnish with a slice of watermelon and half sugar rim.

CÎROC Pomegranate Lemonade (available at 25 Degrees)

  • 1.5 oz - CÎROC Red Berry 1oz - Lemonade
  • .5 oz - Pomegranate Juice
  • .5 oz - Lemonchelo
  • .5 0z - Simple Syrup

Build : in a mixing tin add all ingredients and shake with ice. Strain into a chilled coup class and garnish with a lemon twist.
