Missing teen found in East Point

ATLANTA -

UPDATE: Missing teen Monica Bable has been found safe in East Point. Her family tells FOX 5 she is okay and is being reunited with her parents in southwest Atlanta.

Atlanta police are asking for help in finding a missing 16-year-old girl.

Monica Bable was last seen leaving her home in southwest Atlanta after a dispute with her parents around 7 p.m. on Thursday.

Monica is around 5-feet tall and weighs 95 pounds. She has cornrows with long extensions to around her mid-back.

Her parents say she was last seen wearing black shorts with white stripes on the sides, a black/gray sleeveless racer tank top, dark blue high-top Jordans and was carrying a large silver purse/tote.

Her parents spoke with FOX 5 News on Sunday. They say they are worried for her and want her to come home.

Anyone with information on her whereabouts is asked to call Atlanta police at 404-546-4280.
