Newly released surveillance video gives another look at the bikers who blocked the Margaret Hunt Hill Bridge last month.
A FOX 4 photographer happened to be in traffic on the night of June 13 and caught video of the bikers revving their engines. When they saw him, they took off.
The city of Dallas released video Wednesday from a surveillance camera mounted high above the bridge. It shows the bikers surrounding vehicles, some popping wheelies.
"The motorists are completely held captive by the motorcyclists. They have nowhere to go. It's not safe for them to try to push through the crowd. The moment they try to get aggressive or push through the motorcyclists, it's no telling how those motorcyclists would react," said Sgt. Brian Sherman with the Dallas County Sheriff's Department.
Sgt. Sherman said many of the stunt bikers mask the license plates on their bikes.
He's afraid that there will one day be an accident involving many bikers hit by a frightened driver.
