CHICAGO (FOX 32 News) -

A 53-year-old man was found dead in his Oswego home Monday evening. Police are investigating his death, but do not suspect foul play.

Police found Mark Christian inside his home on the 600 block of Lincoln Station Drive in Oswego at 9:22 p.m., according to The Beacon News.

A friend called authorities and asked them to check on Christian, after not hearing from him recently.

Police began the death investigation because of questionable or suspicious circumstances at the scene. They ruled out suicide on Tuesday, and then ruled out foul play.

Police told The Beacon News that Christian was alone when they found him, and there did not appear to be any forced entry.

An autopsy was conducted by the Kendall County coroner at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, to determine cause of death.
