Frisco police looking for flasher targeting young women, girls

Posted: Updated:
FRISCO, Texas -

Frisco police sent an email alert to residents Tuesday, warning them to watch out for a flasher.

Police say the same man has exposed himself to women and children several times, but has yet to be caught.

They say a white male in a white SUV approaches victims at parks and walking trails in residential neighborhoods. They say in some cases the suspect exposes himself. In other cases he makes specific comments about victims' bodies.

Several victims say the man stays in his vehicle during the incident.

Police have at least nine documented reports from June 17 to July 17. There have been other calls about similar suspicious behavior.

Most of the women targeted are minors, aged 11 to 21 years old.

Police say they haven't been able to arrest the man because none of the victims have positively identified him.

Investigators haven't released a better description of the suspect, since they don't want potential victims' statements to be influenced by what they may hear on the news, which becomes a problem later in court.

Anyone with information is asked to call Frisco police.
