Delaware Man Arrested With Large Amount of Drugs, Cash, Gun

A month-long investigation by the Delaware State Police Governor's Task force culminated with the arrest of a Bear, Delaware man who was in possession of a large amount of drugs.

Yesterday, Stephen N. Immediato, 25, was arrested and charged with several felony offenses. A search of the home and vehicle uncovered a pistol-grip Remington shotgun, 169 Oxycodone pills, 1,871 grams of marijuana, 33 grams of hashish, 545 grams of psilocybin mushrooms, and one gram of methamphetamine. Additionally, $4,956 was seized.    

Immediato was takes into custody without incident and  charged with possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, four counts of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, possession of a firearm by a person prohibited, possession of ammunition by a person prohibited, possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was committed to Howard R. Young Correctional Institute on $191,200 cash bail.
