A charter school in Dallas may not open for another month because it failed a city inspection on its construction project.
Harmony School of Nature and Athletics is near Mountain Creek Lake in far south Dallas.
Many parents of the more than 700 students are trying to figure out their next step.
"Other parents may be thinking I have to have my child in school and educated today. And some may leave the school and I think that would be detrimental to the education the kid would get at Harmony and overall to the school itself," said Sativa Bowen, a parent.
The school said it hopes to open after Labor Day, but the city of Dallas said it could take a month to fix all the problems in the building.
