Dallas restaurants burglarized overnight

Posted: Updated:
DALLAS -

At least four popular Dallas eateries were victims of an overnight crime spree.

According to police reports, thieves pried open the front door to Primo's Bar & Grill on McKinney Avenue before 4:30 a.m. Tuesday. They tried to take an ATM but were unsuccessful.

Less than 30 minutes later, they smashed through the glass doors at Dave and Buster on Central Expressway. Again they tried to pry open an ATM but were not able to get any of the contents out, a report states.

At around 5:30 a.m. police responded to calls about a break in at Jakes Hamburgers on Henderson Avenue. There the thieves tried to burglarize a safe, according to reports.

The thieves were not able to get much money in any of their attempts, but did leave a trail of damage.

Surveillance video from one of the restaurants suggests there were three suspects in a gray or silver four-door Dodge car.
