SOUTHFIELD, Mich. (myFOXDetroit.com) -

A public viewing for the 2-year-old beaten to death, Damian Sutton, will be held Friday, August 30, 2013. The service will be at Lynch and Sons Funeral Home from 3 - 8PM.

The funeral home is located at 1368 North Crooks Rd. in Clawson.

The family is also holding a special memorial service to say thank you to the community for all the support. That event will be Saturday, August 31, from 3:30 - 6:00PM at Athena's Banquet Hall in Roseville. The address is 25650 Gratiot Ave. Light refreshments will be served.

Sutton died early Tuesday morning from injuries suffered in a severe beating.

Ronald Dimambro Jr. is accused of killing Sutton. Dimambro was dating Sutton's mother, Nikki, at the time. He was watching the child while Nikki was at work.

Dimambro is charged with first-degree murder. He is expected to be arraigned on those charged the morning of Tuesday, September 10.
