Ned Timmons, a former police officer and FBI agent, and University of Detroit Prof. Erick Barnes, also a former deputy police chief, go over Monday's Navy Yard Shooting with Fox 2's Randy Wimbley.

Both agree local law enforcement agencies are more than capable of working well together in emergency events, which they say was demonstrated last week during the search for the escaped inmate, Abraham Pearson.
