1 T. almond butter
1 T. cacao powder
1 T. coconut oil (raw and organic, with or
without the coconut meat)
1 T. flax seed oil (or ground-up flax seed)
2 c. milk (oat, almond, hemp, rice; whatever
milk you choose)
½ dropper of stevia
1 scoop protein powder (she uses 'Garden of Life' - vanilla protein available at Whole Foods)
1. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
Serving size: 1 serving
Variation: Use cashew butter instead of almond butter.
