The Dallas ISD School Board meets on Monday to decide what direction to go in concerning Superintendent Mike Miles, after a report from an outside investigator showed Miles violated not only his contract but district policy as well. The investigator's report says Miles talked to witnesses during an internal investigation into a contract dispute. The report also says Miles helped a former operations chief write a resignation letter that was critical of some Board Trustees.
The Trustees are apparently considering one of three actions against Miles; a reprimand, a growth plan or forfeiture of a contract extension. The meeting is scheduled to start at 5:30 Monday afternoon.
