Pot may be legal, but neighbors don't have to like it as weed complaints vex HOAs

Marijuana and hemp have joined wacky paint colors and unsightly fences as common neighborhood disputes facing homeowners' associations. Though a few HOAs have willingly changed their rules to accommodate for legal marijuana use or home-growing, many more are banning home pot smoking.

Would you a plan a trip to one of America’s unhappiest cities?

Not every city is perfect, but if you’re planning a trip to one of the nation’s so called “unhappiest cities” don’t be sad. The U.S. National Bureau of Economic Research recently released a study called “Unhappiest Cities” which listed the country’s unhappiest and happiest metro areas with a population over one million. And the results are pretty surprising.

TUCSON, Ariz. -

Nothing funny about a woman on fire -- which is why a Tucson 911 operator who didn't take an emergency call very seriously is in trouble.

Lalo Delgado and his girlfriend were stuck in the middle of nowhere when their car suddenly burst into flames and they needed help fast.

Instead of the dispatcher taking the call seriously, she started laughing.

Understandably frustrated, Delgado had to hang up and call for help a second time.

The incident is being investigated but Pima County officials say the situation didn't delay their response time.

Press play to listen to that call.
