PHOENIX -

Phoenix police have arrested a valley woman who they say was secretly videotaping women while they used the bathroom. Police say she did it at sporting events, stores, and even the airport. Then she turned those videos into profit.

Police say right now they don't know how many women she did this to. There could be dozens or hundreds of victims out there.

Women who have no idea they were being recorded going to the bathroom.

The videos were taken in bathrooms at Diamondbacks games, Cardinals games, Sky Harbor Airport, and Walmarts all over the valley. Hundreds of images of women using the bathroom.

Police arrested 37-year-old Laura Laibe at her home in Surprise. Her front yard was decorated for Halloween. Neighbors say she has four kids.

"The SWAT team flew out of both sides and surrounded the house," says neighbor Amber Chapman.

"Normal kind of somewhat typical family, mom dad kids, going to school, dad goes off to work she stays home with the kids like a lot of us do on this street. So yeah definitely a different job than I thought she was doing during the day."

For the last year and a half, police believe Laibe would go into public bathroom stalls and record women using the bathroom in the stall next to her. The clips were posted and sold on a website.

Undercover agents bought some of those videos for $5 to $10. Police say Laibe confessed.

"For one thing I let my children go over there so I'm a little concerned about that," says neighbor Herman Tatum.

"She was friendly she was talkative she would come out and occasionally talk with us, our kids play with each other and hang out with each other," says neighbor Tony Pepe. "There's a lot of closed doors and you never know what people do behind the doors."

Police say they're working with the pro sports teams and have figured out when Laibe was at certain games.

They're asking anyone who may gone to a Diamondbacks game on April 13 or September 13 of this year, or a Cardinals game on August 24, and may have seen something strange in the bathroom -- to please call police.

Right now they haven't been able to ID any of the victims.

She faces 38 counts of voyeurism.
