Girl Battling Cystic Fibrosis Meets Selena Gomez Tonight!

PHILADELPHIA -

A young girl battling a chronic lung disease will have the chance to forget about all her problems Friday night.

Bailey Gutelius, 10, will meet her idol, pop star Selena Gomez.

Bailey, who is battling cystic fibrosis, has been confined to her room at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, where she gets regular breathing treatments. But the hospital has given her a six-hour pass for the concert.

Bailey's mother, Brynn Gutelius, used social media to get in touch with FOX 29, and our viewers helped us spread the word. Gomez's publicist got in touch with the family, and now they're going to get a chance to meet her at the show.

And it all happens tonight at the Wells Fargo Center!

That's where FOX 29's Dawn Timmeny reported from Friday morning with more details.
