The 31st Komen Dallas Race for the Cure was this morning at NorthPark Center in north Dallas.
More than 20,000 people were there in support of those fighting breast cancer and the hope of finding a cure someday.
The race also helps raise money for research and helping women with treatment and early detection.
One breast cancer survivor said Komen's help made all the difference in her case.
"Komen literally saved my life. My heart is there for Komen because they did help me. But not only that. I know there have been so many others," said Delese Hill-Range, a survivor.
FOX 4 was a proud sponsor and had live coverage of the event.
