One man was killed in a motorcycle accident early Sunday morning in Lancaster.
Lancaster police Lt. Kelly Hooten says a vehicle was heading east on I-20 near Houston School Road when the vehicle left the roadway.
Hooten says the driver overcorrected and swerved back onto the interstate. A motorcycle rider had to swerve to avoid the vehicle when it came back on the pavement. The cyclist lost control and crashed.
Lancaster police closed all eastbound lanes of I-20 for almost four hours while the initial crash was being worked. All lanes of the interstate reopened at 7am.
Hooten says police are conducting an investigation into the driver of the vehicle that caused the wreck.
The motorcyclist's name has not yet been released.
