1 Large Scallop
½ Yellow Squash
1 cup Yuzu Juice
½ cup Fish Sauce
1 tsp Sesame Oil
½ Serrano Chile
Slice yellow squash into thin circular pieces and set aside.
Slice Serrano into paper thin circles and set aside.
In a bowl, mix Yuzu juice, fish sauce, and sesame oil together.
Take the scallop and slice it into 5 equal circular pieces.
Place the scallops in a single layer on a rimmed plate, in a circle formation.
Add enough yuzu juice mixture to cover scallops
Next shingle the yellow squash circles on top of the scallops in a circular pattern.
Place serrano slices on top of yellow squash.
