Two Connecticut sisters are in trouble with police after their parents reportedly had them arrested for throwing a party while they were away.
The girls, who are 15- and 16-years –old, attend high school in Glastonbury, right outside of Hartford.
Their parents went away for the weekend. So, they threw parties Friday night and Saturday night but were busted when their parents returned home on Sunday, instead of Monday, as planned.
About 30 kids were at the party.
Some of the kids left, but others stayed, and that's when the parents called police.
A local police officer told the Hartford Courant it was "the right thing to do."
