Teen uses music to battle bullies

Posted: Updated:

Cobe Jackson doesn't like to fight, so when he started getting bullied at school, he had to find another way to overcome it.  Well, he did-- with music.  Now, he's helping other kids do the same.

His rap, Stand Up to Bullying, helped 13-year-old Cobe and 14-year-old Nicholas Badila win first place in an anti-bullying website competition by making raiseyourmic.org.  Cobe has also launched a bully-proof campaing on Instagram and Twitter, as well as his own non-profit organization called Co-Creativity.
