Bedford PD searching for hotel robbery suspects

Bedford police are looking for two suspects who robbed two hotels in mid-October.

The first armed robbery was at a Super 8 Motel in the 1800 block of Airport Freeway about 8 p.m. on Oct. 15. Bedford police said one of the suspects pointed a black semiautomatic handgun at the clerk and demanded money.

The two left the hotel when they didn't get any money from the clerk.

The second armed robbery happened 40 minutes later in the 2200 block of Airport Freeway at a Courtyard Marriott. A gun was pointed at the clerk and the two left after getting an unknown amount of money.

Suspect No. 1 is a black male, 20's, heavy-set with facial hair and wearing a dark colored hooded sweatshirt. Suspect No. 2 is a black male, 20's with a thin build and wearing a purple hooded Aeropostale brand sweatshirt.
