Woodrow Wilson High School student shot at Randall Park

A Woodrow Wilson High School 16-year-old student was shot and wounded Tuesday evening at Randall park.

The shooting was not far from where the school's football and baseball teams were practicing.

Police say a group of girls were fighting at Randall park just before 5:00 p.m. The 16-year-old got involved in the argument then was shot in the hip and ankle

His injuries are reported to be non-life threatening.

Witnesses say the football and baseball players practicing nearby either ran for cover or hit the deck.

Police say they know who the shooter is and are looking for him.
