Could eating too much black "real "licorice harm you? What is in black licorice that is so bad and who is at risk? Dr. Mike explains on Good Day.

According to Dr. Mike, there are compounds in real licorice that can lower one's potassium. This phenomenon has been known for years by the medical community. Basically, according to Dr. Mike, people with heart problems who eat licorice could have some further complications.
