Military spouses are proud of their loved one's military service.
Military families know what sacrifice is -- the deployed spouse misses births, birthdays, anniversaries and so much of family life. The love is there but they and their families know the work has to come first.

A group of mothers and daughters are planning their second luncheon to salute military spouses for all that they do.
The National Charity League is a service organization of moms and daughters. The North Dallas Chapter will hold the 2nd annual Autumn Harvest Luncheon on November 16th at the Irving Arts Center.
This is an invitation-only event for local military spouses. They will have babysitters on site while the honorees will be celebrated with lunch, a motivational speaker, goodie bag and lots of hugs to let them know how strong and special they are.
