CHICAGO (Sun-Times Media Wire) -

A woman was found dead with a slashed throat in her Brighton Park neighborhood home Sunday night on the Southwest Side.

Lady Diana Sanabria, 31, was found with a slashed throat in her apartment in the 4400 block of South Richmond Street about 7 p.m., according to police and the Cook County Medical Examiner's office.

She was pronounced dead on the scene at 7:59 p.m., according to the medical examiner's office.

An autopsy Monday determined Sanabria died from incised wounds to the neck and her death was ruled a homicide, according to the medical examiner's office.

The woman's death appears to be domestic-related, police News Affairs Officer Hector Alfaro said.

No one was in custody as Area Central detectives investigated.
