Two weeks after 21-year-old Jenna Guarascio was murdered in Inkster her father was fired from his job. He says his boss told him he was getting fired because he has too much going on in his life right now and it's affecting his job performance.

"She was the one person I knew I always could count on, and they killed her. For no reason." John Guarascio has trouble getting the words out, choking back tears when talking to Fox 2's Erika Erickson.

His daughter was murdered.

To make matters worse, John says he found the news on Facebook.

Police say Jenna Guarascio, 21, of Dearborn Heights was sitting in a car parked in a driveway on Parkwood Street in Inkster Sunday night with her boyfriend and a friend when, suddenly, gunshots rang into the vehicle.

"My daughter was loved. She touched a lot of people. She didn't deserve to die in a car - shot to death," John says.

Family and friends gathered in Wyandotte Monday night near Jenna's home, not even one week after her 21st birthday.
