DALLAS -

Dallas Police made an arrest Wednesday in connection to a triple murder that took place at a motel in November 2012.

Homicide detectives have secured a capital murder warrant on Christopher Price, 28, according to police.

Price is a suspect in the murders of 27-year-old Marco Barajas, 25-year-old Ingrid Ramirez and 26-year-old Manases Perez, which took place at the Motel 6 in the 13100 block of North Central Expressway.

On Nov. 24, 2012, the motel's manager went to a room around noon to see if the occupant had left because it was his last day on the lease. There, the manager discovered the dead victims, all with gunshot wounds to their heads.

Price is currently in jail on an unrelated aggravated assault charge. He is being held without bond.
