Last Warm Day...For a LONG Time!

Posted: Updated:

The week ending....weekend...week beginning WALLOP!
One last day of mild, humid weather. Clouds, a few light showers today. In the 70s. A band of showers/storms tonight will mark the ARCTIC FRONT. Temps will fall into the low 40s by AM...and into the mid 30s Fri PM with occ'l light rain and 30mph winds! Late Fri/night some areas W and N of FTW may have some light icing. METRO temps will be just above freezing, so no problems expected. Light cold rain may linger Sat AM. Should dry out from Sat PM-Sun AM with lows near freezing. Next batch moves in midday-PM Sunday with a sleet/rain mix which will continue into the night. Temps just above freezing though. By Monday, it's all a COLD RAIN, which may linger into Tuesday AM! Finally does clear in time for Thanksgiving! Whew!
