PHILADELPHIA -

You saw the story about a series of robberies in South Philly first on Fox.

Now, we're getting a look at surveillance video police hope will help to solve the crimes.

On Saturday, a man held up Lin's Grocery Store on South Fourth Street and it was caught on camera.

The gunman got away with an undetermined about of money.

And it was Monday at 9:30 p.m. when the suspect entered the South View Pizza located in the 300 block of Durfor Street. Once inside, the suspect pulled out a handgun and demanded money.

This was the fourth gunpoint holdup at businesses in the Greenwich and Whitman areas in less than two weeks, police said.

Police said the suspect was described as a black male with a thin build wearing a large black winter coat with brown fur around the hood. He was carrying a black Nike backpack and armed with a handgun.

If you see these suspects, police say do not approach them; call 9-1-1 immediately. To submit a tip, call 215-686-TIPS (8477), text to PPD TIP (773847), or use this electronic form to do so anonymously.
