A judge found a 16-year-old guilty Wednesday of
driving his pickup truck drunk, killing four people in June and injuring 12 others.
Ethan Couch was charged as a juvenile with four counts of intoxication manslaughter.
Prosecutors say Couch's alcohol level was three times the legal limit when he caused the chain reaction crash June 15.
There were seven other teens in the pickup, including two in the bed.
The crash killed a youth pastor, a mother and her daughter and a 24-year-old woman.
Relatives of the victims have filed various wrongful death lawsuits against Couch.
The judge will now decide on
of the victims' family members have said they don't want jailtime for the teen.
