Picture Perfect Snow Day In Doylestown

Posted: Updated:

Bailey White: "Cozing up, having something warm and staying in watching a movie or something like that."

It's a picture perfect snow day for some in Doylestown.  A nice warm beverage, time to do some Christmas shopping, or even tuck inside a cozy restaurant for a bite to eat.  Bailey White and Michelle Martin say they're in town just for the day

Michelle Martin: "It's absolutely gorgeous outside.  Even though it's snowing it makes for the perfect shopping day."

They're not the only ones who enjoy being out in the snow, as we saw plenty of people out and about

Marty Freedman: "We came out to see the Grace Kelly exhibit at the Missionary Museum.  We came to have some lunch in Doylestown. It's a beautiful day."

And Steve Salinger says there are some big perks to eating out in a snowstorm

Steve Salinger: "We had the whole room to ourselves.  It couldn't be better."

But some say they'd just rather stay in

Divij Dulati :"I didn't have to go out today.  That's the good part."

Monty Keinth :"It would of been great to have a white Christmas rather than three early storms."

    NICE EASTER WEEKEND

The first half of the holiday weekend has been great and Easter Sunday looks just as nice. Clouds thin out late tonight with temperatures falling back to the 40s.

Initially it'll be jacket weather early Sunday morning but plenty of sunshine will warm us into the 60s by afternoon.  High temperatures will be a few degrees cooler than Saturday.

It will be noticeably cooler and breezy at the shore with highs in the low 50s.  Quiet conditions continue into Monday.
