A Dallas family is remembering three people killed in a weekend crash.
It happened Saturday afternoon at Jefferson Boulevard and Rosemont Avenue in the north Oak Cliff area.
Maria Molina, her son Augustine and daughter-in-law Jessica Barrientos were killed.
Police said 25-year-old Jessica was driving. She was speeding and lost control of the car. It rotated and landed at the concrete base of a light pole.
Family members said 23-year-old Augustine worked at Parkland Hospital. His mother was so proud of him.
"So he was able to do more than we all did. So she was more proud of the person she died with, which was my little brother," said Carlos Molina.
The family said Augustine was planning a surprise party for his mother's 66th birthday, which was Sunday.
Dallas police are still investigating the crash.
