Prime Prep superintendent fired, Sanders likely to be rehired

Posted: Updated:
DALLAS -

The superintendent of the charter school co-founded by former Cowboys star Deion Sanders was fired.

The Dallas Morning News reported the Prime Prep Academy board of trustees removed Rachel Sanders, who is not related to Deion.

Deion was fired in October, but he may be brought back now that his nemesis is gone.

The school has been plagued by personnel problems this year.

In addition to Deion being fired and rehired several times, co-founder D.L. Wallace resigned in November.
