Dallas Cowboys cheerleaders are always turning heads, but this time around they are doing it with a unique video.
Multimedia editor Corbin Perkins said he had a little fun with his GoPro camera during the squad's swimsuit calendar shoot in Cozumel, Mexico. He attached it to a hula hoop and gave it to the cheerleaders.
He got the idea from similar videos. GoPro cameras have been used to show everything from firefighters going into burning buildings to mountain bikers performing death-defying stunts.
Perkins said there was some trial and error in getting it to work. The camera weighs about a pound so he had to add weight to the hula hoop in certain spots to balance it all out.
He was pleased with the end results and suspects many Cowboys fans feel the same way.
He only wishes he could have released it after a successful playoff run.
