Dallas Police arrest two accused of trying to sell fake iPads

Posted: Updated:

Dallas Police arrested two men Tuesday accused of trying to sell fake iPads to people.

Police say they arrested Jerome Jackson and Damont Jackson after the two approached a man pumping gas at Walton Walker Boulevard and West Davis Street and asked if he wanted to buy an iPad.

That man called police.

Police say instead of iPads inside Apple boxes, glass photo frames were wrapped in cellophane.

The Jacksons were charged with deceptive business practices.

FOX4 doesn't have a mug shot for Damont Jackson yet.
