PHOENIX -

Phoenix Police say they are searching for four suspects following an armed robbery at home near 36th Avenue and Maryland.

Sgt. Steve Martos says the suspects went to a home along West Sierra Vista on Monday morning and began demanding money and valuables from two men inside. There were also three children home at the time.

The children, all under the age of 10, were not hurt, but police say the two male victims, ages 17 and 43, were injured. One of the men had his head bandaged as he talked to police.

Martos says the suspects fled the scene with several valuables from the home, including two vehicles belonging to the victims: a 2007 gray Ford Focus with Oklahoma license plate 644KNG and a 2013 white Jeep Grand Cherokee with Arizona license plate 4049YK.

Police say the suspects are described as Hispanic males.

Investigators were trying to determine exactly what happened and whether the victims knew the suspects or if the home was deliberately targeted.

If you have any information about this case, call the Phoenix Police at (602) 262-6151.
